After your delicious breakfast with packed lunch, you shall go for briefing at the park head quarters about gorilla tracking, after hike into the forest in search of the fascinating mountain gorillas. Get a chance to look at their deep rare eyes, the way they feed among other interesting things about the ancient apes that are endangered in the world. Gorilla tracking can take up to 8 hours depending on the kind of weather and where the gorillas are at that particular time. Bwindi features a minimum of 400 gorillas in which 12 gorilla groups are habituated for trekking, there are 4 regions from which one can trek that is; Ruhija, Buhoma, Nkuringo, and Rushaga.
